We are 2 months into our new year and we are still in need of a Guard, Conductress and 2nd year Trustee. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
We received 2nd place in Class A for Legislature/PAC and 3rd place in Class A for Community Service at June Roundup. I wish to thank all the members for passing in reports that made these award possible.
New bulletins have arrived on our Website.
Some of the ideas are: honoring Gold Star Mothers. If you know a mother who has lost a member of her family please let us know.
Community Service has suggestions: Donate items to Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary for rehab of oil soaked birds.
Thank a Civil Servant. Teacher, Firefighter, Coach or Police Officer.
Volunteer at a school. Budget cuts have effected our schools. Maybe you can help!
Legislature is requiring us to support bills HR3689, S.1518, and HR816. More information to come.
Another “Idol” contest is going to be held at the Ft. McCoy Spring Barbeque in March. Maybe we can Wally to sing for us again.
Fall is about to arrive and time for us to get to work.
